Creche is a place where teachers, families, and support personelle work better, together. We treat each other and the children we serve as family.

We measure our success by the quality relationships we build with each child and their family. This requires us to be self-starters who collaborate with one another for the greater good of our families and community.

A typical week might include :

• Meeting each child where they are, getting messy (sometimes), and having FUN together (always!)
• Supporting our team in daily best practices through a variety of responsibilities and tasks;
• Coordinating with co-teachers to create classroom projects, allowing time for the supplies to be prepared;
• Encouraging children's learning through play on a developmentally appropriate level;
• Engaging in professional conversation with parents, team members, and children;
• Collaborating with teaching teams to ensure quality, safety, state ratios, and sanitation guidelines are met;

This Position might be for You:
If you have experience in working with young children and/or one of the following:

• At least 12 hours of academic college credit within Family Studies, Human Development, Psychology, or Education-related fields of study; or
• A Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related study; or
• Child Development Associate certificate plus experience
